Founder and CEO
Mike Reinhart founded Quisitive in 2016 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Board Director. With more than 25 years of experience leading national Microsoft IT services firms, Mike has a strong reputation with Microsoft leadership and a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Well known for his acumen in IT strategy, professional services, management, software as a service and business intelligence, Mike has built a culture within Quisitive to always drive value for customers and partners. He has been able to grow the company quickly, focusing on geographic scale through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, industry services and solutions, and the development of first-party SaaS solutions. Mike is a strong business development professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and an MBA focused in Management from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.
Chief of Staff
Tami Anders serves as Chief of Staff, a strategic and operational role in which she guides the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and company at large to be both productive and successful. Tami is responsible for driving strategic corporate projects across the company, while also leading the strategy for both Corporate Brand and Investor Relations at Quisitive.
Spearheading the vision, synthesis and communication of the corporate brand, both internally and externally, Tami plays a pivotal role in shaping the Quisitive story as it grows and evolves with effective marketing strategy and seamless execution. She plays an equally pivotal role in Investor Relations, as she establishes and expands relationships with investment analysts and investors worldwide, among other shareholder relations activities. Tami holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business.

Leading Corporate Finance for Quisitive, Michael Murphy brings over 20 years of public company finance, operational and strategic leadership experience to his role. Mike has a calm and collegial leadership style and has built and led finance teams in large, complex structures and in smaller growth environments across several industries. Michael excels in strategic corporate initiatives, shareholder value creation, and risk management and he has implemented finance initiatives to support and facilitate cost efficiency programs, debt/equity financing, M&A solutions, and established and maintained rigorous internal control systems and entity level control environments in both Canadian and US entities. Michael is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and a diploma in accounting from Wilfred Laurier University.

Senior Vice President, LedgerPay
As the lead of Quisitive LedgerPay, Scotty Perkins brings to the role a deep expertise in product innovation, operations, compliance, IT, business development and procurement. Specializing in complex business process design, especially large-scale revenue optimization programs, Scotty has experience in a wide variety of business issues. As head of the LedgerPay, which provides direct payment processing solutions for merchants of any size or scale, both online and brick-and-mortar, Scotty is responsible for the creation and advancement of services and product offerings focusing on cloud technologies. This includes enterprise blockchain, artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT and data analytics. Scotty is a well-known conference speaker and an industry expert on the application of cloud technology to business solutions for enterprises at any scale. Scotty holds a BA in Microbiology from Cornell University and an Executive MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Leader of Global Cloud Solutions for Quisitive, Gary Prioste brings to the role over 30 years of experience building and operating technology organizations. The founder of three successful software and technology services companies, including Menlo Technologies which was acquired by Quisitive in 2020, Gary has a deep understanding of what it takes to bring forth significant impact for customers in a highly competitive market. Gary is a graduate of California State University East Bay and the Executive Program at Stanford University, Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Vijay Jog
President, Global Business Applications
Leading Quisitive’s Global Business Applications, Dr. Vijay Jog is a well-known authority in corporate value creation and performance improvement. With over two decades of experience consulting to public- and private-sector organizations around the world, Vijay provides a unique perspective and insight into what drives performance and business management. An expert in corporate performance, corporate governance, taxation, corporate valuation, shareholder value creation, activity-based costing and management, organizational performance improvement and the role of capital markets in financing the enterprises including initial public offerings, Vijay focuses on delivering innovative solutions to client challenges by constantly striving to creatively stretch the envelope of knowledge and technology. Vijay is a Professor of Finance at Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business in Ottawa, Canada, and is a chemical engineer with a Masters in Engineering, an MBA and a Ph.D. in Finance all from McGill University.

As leader of Global Solutions Development for Quisitive, Steven Balusek is responsible for driving the thought leadership and definition of Quisitive services via solution sales, go-to-market programs, IP development, and channel marketing. He is responsible for the generation of pipeline to deliver Quisitive’s revenue and growth goals. With over 20 years of consulting experience in a wide range of industries including financial services, retail, manufacturing and healthcare, Steven is a passionate leader with a track record of quality delivery and operational excellence. Steven is a skilled executive, consulting director, practice manager, engagement manager and lead technical architect. He holds a BBA in Management and Marketing from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington Graduate School of Business.

Leading Global Delivery at Quisitive, David Hickman brings to the role more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Well seasoned in guiding cross-functional teams in the design and launch of complex technology and infrastructure solutions to meet global business, logistics and financial objectives, David has built and led the IT departments of numerous prominent Silicon Valley companies prior to joining Quisitive. He holds an undergraduate Computer Science Degree and an MBA degree from Santa Clara University.

Prior to founding Quisitive, he was the co-founder and President of RBA Consulting, where he provided the vision and strategic direction for the company. Mr. Reinhart’s previous experience also includes serving as Vice President of the Microsoft National Practice for Born Information Services and working at Medtronic, where he was responsible for IT strategy and technology implementation for corporate shared services and international systems.
For more than 15 years, Mr. Reinhart’s IT services companies have been part of the Microsoft National Systems Integrator program and won numerous partner awards including Innovative Technology for Good Citizenship Partner of the Year in 2013 and U.S. Partner of the Year Finalist in 2018.
His passion, relationships and experience working with Microsoft have driven him to create the Microsoft Partner of the Future, the premier Microsoft Partner in North America that drives value for Microsoft and customers enabled by three key assets:

Dave Guebert joined Quisitive’s Board of Directors on August 13, 2018 as a Director and the Audit Chair. Mr. Guebert is an experienced financial professional and business manager with more than 35 years of experience in finance and accounting. He spent more than two decades as the Chief Financial Officer of public and private companies in the resource, finance and technology sectors. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Clarocity Corporation and of Marret Resource Corp. Mr. Guebert also serves as a member of the Board of Directors (and chairman of the audit committee) for Legend Power Systems.
During his career, he has been employed in management and financial capacities in merchant energy, investment and technology industries. Mr. Guebert has served on the boards of several public companies leading audit and compensation committees. In addition to these roles, Mr. Guebert spent two and a half years serving as Controller for the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary. He currently serves on the audit and finance committees for both the Calgary Stampede and Winsport.
Mr. Guebert has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and has both CPA-CA (Alberta) and CPA (Pennsylvania) designations.

Gord McMillan joined Quisitive’s Board of Directors on August 13, 2018 as a Director. Since 1994, Mr. McMillan has been an entrepreneur in the Canadian financial services industry, co-founding and serving as Chief Executive Officer of multiple firms including Triax Capital Corporation and Skylon Capital Corporation, both of which were sold to large industry consolidators. He is currently a principal of FS Group Holdings Ltd and serves on the board of Flow Capital Corporation and LOGiQ Asset Management.
Mr. McMillan was also a shareholder and director of Fairway Capital Management Inc., Impax Funds Management Ltd. and i3 Advisors Inc. Mr. McMillan was a co-founder of Pivot Technology Solutions and served on the Pivot board of directors from February, 2013 until June, 2016.
Mr. McMillan holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario and is a non-practicing member of the Law Society of Ontario.

Phil Sorgen joined Quisitive’s Board of Directors on April 5, 2018 as a Director. Mr. Sorgen has been Corporate Vice President of U.S. Enterprise Commercial at Microsoft Corporation since July 2017. Mr. Sorgen’s organization serves the largest commercial customers in the U.S. by helping them to deliver their digital transformation using Microsoft’s full suite of enterprise cloud offerings. In this role, Mr. Sorgen is responsible for leading U.S. enterprise sales and customer success teams including national, industry and technical teams.
Mr. Sorgen served as the Corporate Vice President of Worldwide Partner Group at Microsoft Corporation since September 1, 2013 until May 2016. Mr. Sorgen served as Corporate Vice President of U.S. Small and Mid-Market Solutions & Partners (SMS&P) at Microsoft Corporation until September 1, 2013. He served as President of Microsoft Canada Co, subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation since February 2006. Mr. Sorgen has been with Microsoft Corporation since 1996. He served as General Manager for Microsoft’s Gulf Coast District and was responsible for building the strategies and executing the plans for sales, consulting, channel development and marketing for South Texas and Louisiana. Under his leadership, the district was one of the fastest growing in the country. Mr. Sorgen also created and led the worldwide Microsoft Oil and Gas Vertical where he oversaw business strategies, including identifying key priorities and working with Microsoft technology partners to provide solutions for oil and gas manufacturing customers.
Mr. Sorgen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
CFO & Corporate Secretary
Mr. Murphy brings over 20 years of financial management experience to Quisitive, having been in leadership roles with established and high-growth stage organizations in the public markets across various industries including mining, renewable energy and consumer products.
Mr. Murphy recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Acasta Enterprises Inc. where he successfully took on a lead role on the sell side due diligence team responsible for all aspects of the marketing, pricing and sale of the issuer’s remaining consumer products business. Prior to that Mr. Murphy served as Chief Financial Officer of Transeastern Power Trust (2015-2018), a Toronto based TSXV-listed renewable energy trust with hydro, solar and wind assets located in Romania, and VP and Controller of Allied Nevada Gold Corp. (2013 to 2015) where he served as part of the senior leadership team responsible for transforming the finance function to support the development of the Hycroft gold mine from a small producer into a world class mining asset. Prior to joining Allied Nevada, Mr. Murphy was Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Toronto office from September 1998 to December 2012.
Throughout his career, Mr. Murphy excelled in strategic corporate initiatives, shareholder value creation, and risk management. Dr. Jog is a Professor of Finance at Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business in Ottawa, Canada. He is a leading authority in corporate finance and performance.
